What amazed me most about Martin was his never-ending patience. He was always friendly and polite, and never had anything negative to say about any one dog. In fact, he could always see the positive sides to the dog, and was very encouraging and helpful with our problems.

I found it astounding how many little tricks Martin knew on how to get the dog more enthused with its work. He doesn’t have just one method to aid the dog’s development; more like a hundred! If the dog does not succeed with one particular method, then never mind, he’ll try it another way until the dog is successful- and all this WITHOUT violence, shouting or frustration.
